I would like to be able to change ALL the display properties.
For instance, I cannot change the "scrollbar" or "message box" colors.

Is this a limit of my video card, ATI 7000 ?

Maybe the Fisher-Price interface of Windows XP will allow this, but it's
not readily changable in Win2000.

Thanks Bob,

I couldn't find much on the F-P GUI, but it lead me to "windowblinds" and
others.
Was hoping there was a registry line to edit that lets you change things vs
buying software.

PC Magazine has their Display Set utility that lets you change some sizes and colors but it won't do everything. However, while the PC Magazine download area used to be free, now they want to charge for it (i.e., you have to subscribe to perform downloads). I don't remember if it lists Windows XP compatibility.

Thanks Vanguard, I "lost" the thread. There are registry entries that
you can change, BUT their use by applications is inconsistant. For
instance I can make Netscape scroll bars white but "Windows" and
"Office" stay grey. So while you "can change" the color, sometimes it's
a real mess.
