Diskmanager with no data

Diskmanager shows my hardware and partitions only with designations 0, 1, 2
and the total partition sizes, but no drive designations and no
used/available space. Right clicking on a drive or partition produces a
blank pulldown with no options, just blank lines. How do I get it back? In
both desktop and explorer everything looks OK.

Click view/top/volumes
Click view/bottom/volumes
