You're asking in the wrong place: this group is for technical questions about
the database software Microsoft Access. The Microsoft webpage can be confusing
and may have misled you.
I'd contact the hardware manufacturer or have some knowledgable local computer
repair person look at it.
Do note that diskettes are pretty much obsolete, and many computers don't have
them; many recent ones that do have them use really cheap components which may
not work.
Your question may be better answered in a newsgroup appropriate to your
problem. This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft Access database
product. The Microsoft website may have misdirected you.
