Diskeeper 10 error

Whenever I try to run diskeeper 10 on WinXP pro system I get an error
message "Diskeeper could not initalize". Is there any way to correct
this issue without having to format and reinstall windows? Help please.

Just curious - but why would you consider reinstalling xp - isn't it more
logical that Diskkeeper is problematic?

I had this issue once before and that was the only way that I was about
to resolve the issue was to do a format and completely reinstall WinXP.
Can you offer a way to correct this issue I am open to any ideas.

I uninstalled Diskeeper 10 and reinstalled Diskeeper that did not help.
When I try to defrag any of my harddrives Diskeeper pops with an error
box stating "Diskeeper could not initialize". That the only error
message that I get.
