diskclean

I hope someone can help me with this. When I open the
diskclean option from the performance and maintainence
menu, it seems to freeze up part way through the
process. It used to work fine, but; it doesn't any
more. I also tried a system restore back about a week
and this did not help either. Input would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks in advance. John

Do you have "Compress old files" checked in the options? If so, uncheck it
and try to run it again.

Line 48, Right column "Disk Cleanup - Compress..."
Save on Desktop.
Double click the icon once downloaded.
The icon can then be discarded.
