disk space problem help please

i have a 10 gig hard drive, and running windowsXP, my problem is im almost
out of disk space and i haven got a lot of stuff installed, what can i do to
free up space apart from the usual disk cleanup, iv already deleted
everything possible, id be greatful for any advice thank you...
