Disk Powering down / Hibernating

W2k sp4.

Overnight, our ts appears to be turning the disk off or going into
hibernation mode. Because it is a ts, there are no power options to
configure.

Any ideas on what may be causing this and how to fix it?

I'll try that and get back with you. The system also reboots after an hour
or so. The only change I've made to this machine is install a new Maxtor ATA
120 HD.
