Disk Management missing!

Hi, I'm new to W2K. Went to change drive letters and found the 'disk
management' icon is system administrators folder is missing! Tried to figure
how to install it and got nowhere. Can someone please tell me how to install
it?

BTW, I am logged in as administrator

For future reference:
Start/Settings/CtlPanel/AdminTools/ComputerMgt/Storage/DiskMgt
(at least on a vanilla W2kpro sys.)
