disk drives not recognised?

I sent my computer in for a new power unit to be fitted
and when it came back my dvd or rewriter are not
recognised in Windows explorer?
Can anyone help please!

Perhaps the shop omitted to reconnect the pwr to these?
Fitting a new pwr supply doesnt require any messing with the o/s
