Two Hdrives, dual boot "c" xpsp2 "d" media center2005. Both work
faultlessly. In "C" boot drive. My Computer, all hard drives present. In "D"
drive "c" "0"
is missing. In control panel (drive d) admin tools-comp. managment-disk
managments "0" drive present, ( System drive, healthy) but has no name or
drive letter, nor is it accessable. I can give it a drive letter but still
unaviable. If I uninstall and reinstall the driver it remembers the name
and allocates a drive letter, usually "c" but somtimes "g" . All works.
until restart, then the whole circle start again. In device manager the
message is allways "This device is working properly" I have no idea how and
when it happened. I only changed the modem driver in both os-s. Noticed it
by pure accident when I was trying to trnsfer a file from c to d.. Any
