Disk defragmenter

To my surprise, disk defragmenter is not installed on my computer which is
running win xp pro. I used diskeeper for a while and then removed it. Now
how can i get disk defragmenter again?

Criquet, navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Dfrg.msc rt click select Send
to Desktop as shortcut.

It does not work; see what i get when i click on the shortcut of dfrg.msc

I get the same thing when I try to run Computer Management - compmgmt.msc
fails to initialize. I sure wish there was a simple fix like the one
suggested at Kelly's Corner!
