I am sorry by mistake I cut the message:
The scan has been canceled because an error occurred in file: C:\System
Volume
Information\_restore{29A15A05-8865-4614-B57D-80C737833}\RP93\SNAPSHOT\_REGISTRY_USER_USRCLASS_S-15-19

That means that there is an error in a System Restore point (hope you
weren't counting on using System Restore right now).

Right click on My Computer, select Properties, click on the System
Restore tab, and check the box to "Turn off System Restore on all
drives." Then do your defrag. When you're done, return to the System
Restore tab and turn on System Restore. If you have more than one
partition (drive), turn on System Restore *only* for the partition
(drive) on which Windows is located.

While you're on the System Restore tab, select the partition (drive) for
which System Restore is active and click the Settings button. Drag the
slider to the left until it shows that you're only using about 1 GB.
