Disk defragmenter errors

When i'm trying to defragment the C drive(FAT32) I keep coming across
an error along the lines of:
Disk defgramenter cancelled due to an error in C:\Windows\ORUN32.INI.

Sometimes the file name is different, the error above is when i try
defragmenting via command prompt.In the windows interface, the error I
get is 'disk defragmenter cancelled due to an error in nt32'.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hi,

The Orun32.ini file is part of the Microsoft Interactive Training which
is included on many systems from vendors such as Dell. Make sure it is
shut down before running Defrag.
