Disk defragmentation 'missing

Using xp prof sp1. When I click system tool>Disk Defragmentation, I get the
following message, quote
" Unable to connect to the Diskeeper service in the selected
machine.Connecting to the local Diskeeper service ...." (with the 'ok' option
button). When I click ok, nothing happen. Just wondering how can I get back
the Windows Defragmentation service. Any suggestion please.
...............Guess must be due to the virus attack.TIA

To launch Windows Defrag, click Start, Run and type DFRG.MSC
