Disk Defrag

Hey All,

I am having a problem getting XP's disk defrag tool to
run. When I open and click either "analyze" or "defrag"
absolutly nothing happens. I have tired start/run/defrag
c:, I have right clicked c drive/defrag, but nothing is
working. I have 65% free space free on my HD and
512Ram. Also, XP home. Any help would be appreciated.
