disk cleanup

What I down load from Kellys Korner just opens to printed matherial

My disk cleanup starts to run then it just hangs. Is there a way to fix it
with using CDs that came with my PC?

Go to Kelly's site and run the edit on line 48, right side:

Disk Cleanup-Compress Old Files Freezes
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm

Click on the line, save the *.reg file to your desktop, double click it
and answer yes to import it into your registry.

You have to save it as a file to your desktop.
