Disk cleanup

When I run disk cleanup, there are files in the
webclient/publisher temporary files. Diskcleanup never
deletes them. Does anyone know why they won't delete? How
do you find out what they are?

Hi,

Go to Start/Run and type in: services.msc
Scroll down to WebClient. Double click it, stop the service then disable it.
