Disk Cleanup Option

hi
when i go into disk cleanup the only clean up options available are 'Webclient/publisher temporary files'
i think i may have deleted the other options in regedit when removing a disk cleaner!
any way i can get the full disk clean up back???

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
