Disk Cleanup

I run disk cleanup, and it doesnt finish. It gets to
about 3 bars, and just sits there. It doesnt even get to
the place where I select what to delete. How can I get
it to work? Thank you for the help.

UNcheck the "compress old files" choice and see if it does better.
