Disk Cleanup

I have 5 users on my computer. When I run disk cleanup it only does the
cleanup on the user signed on. Shouldn't Disk Claenup cleanup everything on
the spcified drive?

No. Would you want a user under a different account blowing away your
files? Temporary to them may not be temporary to you. What if you had
download a 600MB update file and put it in your temp folder. You went
to sleep to let the download happen overnight because you're stuck using
dial-up or because the file server is extremely slow. The other person
logged in before you got back and cleaned up the host. Poof, there goes
your 600MB download.
