It appears that Disk Cleanup is no longer looking in the proper
location for the Temporary Intnernet Files.
Open Control Panel - Intenet Options and click on the Settings button
in the Temporary Internet Files (middle) section.
In the Temporary Internet Files window it will show you where the
Temporary Internet Files are currently being stored. If you check
there with Windows Explorer you will probably find that there are some
actual files there.
I am not certain how to fix the file location data for Disk Cleanup.
It is probably still looking at whatever location the IE7 beta put the
files. You might try using the "Move Folder" button on the Temporary
Internet Files to "change" the location to the actual current location
and see if that fixes things for Disk Cleanup.
