disk cleanup

We recently had problems with Configuration Utility, ran a
virus scan (W32/Gaobot AF worm:disinfected-Exploit/Frame:
disinfected: W32/Nimda: disinfected-Exploit/Frame:
disinfected- W32/Nimda: disinfected and W32/Gaobot AF
worm:disinfected-W32/SpyBot: disinfected-and W32/Gaobot AF
worm: disinfected).
The XP system seemed to be running fine after that, but
now it is acting up again with other systems. We cannot
use the disk cleanup on either C or D drive, and programs
are opening very slow, if at all.
What can we do or check?

did you find any solution to your disk cleanup
problem....I have the same problem, but no fix up at this
point....Thanks
