disk cleanup

[Jerry]

When I start my disk cleanup, the progress bar stops at
the third bar and won't budge beyond no matter how long I
let it run. Is there a download from Microsoft to solve
this problem?

Line 48, Right column "Disk Cleanup - Compress..."
Save on Desktop.
Double click the icon once downloaded.
The icon can then be discarded.
