disk cleanup reinstall

Is there a way to find and reinstall disk cleanup without
having to restore the computer "as new"?
 
There's doing a "Repair Install," which leaves your programs,
configurations, and data files alone, and just repairs the Windows XP
operating system:

When the page opens, scroll down and click on: How To Run A Repair
Install. There is a step by step walk through including images. Your
software, settings, data files, desktop, etc. are retained.

Windows XP Repair Installs have save me a few times...
