Disk Cleanup does not work

hello,
Can ya help suggesting how to get my Disk Cleanup work !
I leave it working fo 30 - 40 min but no result !

May I suggest try running a Scan Disk and Defrag first?
Also, you may want to manually empty your Recycle Bin and
C:\Windows\Temp folder yourself. Then, open your Internet
Explorer Tools and delete the temp files there, too. Good
luck!
