disk clean

i can not clean my disk, i.e. after i come off the
internet and want to dispose of my temp intenet files.
the first time i try it the system freezes there after i
get no responce at all! can anyone help me :-(

To remove Temporary Internet Files manually, do this:

Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > General tab > Delete Files
button > checkmark in Delete all offline content > OK

To remove Temporary Internet Files automatically, do this:

Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab > checkmark in
Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed
