Disk Clean up

My Disk Cleanup command doesn't work. My computer is
only 60 days old and Dell won't help since they say it's
not a hardware problem.

When I try to do the command through Start, Accessories,
System tools it never works. I'm familiar how it should
work with other computers I own so I know the process is
correct.

My best guess is the file came from Dell and was
Corrupt. Any suggestions on how to fix without a
complete re install.

(I already tried the fix utility that comes with XP)

While your waiting for an answer here call Dell back and demand that they
help you. They are the oem and they MUST support the oem version of windows
that they sold you. Disk cleanup is part of windows. Microsoft WILL NOT
support an oem version of windows. Dell is REQUIRED to help you by their
contract they have with Microsoft.

I shall advice you to contact Dell as your PC is only 60 days old.They
must support a valued customer.

Simply click on Kelly's fix, download the registry fix, then run it
