disk clean up probelm

I logged on as Administrator and used start up-programs-
accessorries-system tools-disk defragmentor
getting error message-
ScanFat:Scan Aborted.Fatal error file
\\?\volume-{fcafc3a0-233f-11d8-8d19-806d617269f}
WINNT/SYSTEM32/wiNS/mybot.10g.2004w08

My C drive is full and needs to be cleaned.Thanks for your
help!
