disk clean up is looping

Disk clean up is not ending on my Win XP Professional. I
have run this earlier, without any problems. I find that
the CPU usage for the cleanmgr process at 100%. And I
have let the disk clean up process run for quite a while,
but it does not end and the CPU usage consistently
remains at 100%.

I have seen another posting with similar problem, I dont
know what is causing this. May some update has caused
this problems?

Any ideas?

Save on Desktop.
Double click the icon once downloaded.
The icon can then be discarded.
