Discussion group email notification?

Is it possible to be notified by email when someone posts
a message in a discussion group? So that it appears on
the web as well as a copy of the message being emailed?

are third-party discussion groups that may have this capability, but you'll

Actually you can by editing the Post webbot in html view:
Find

<!--webbot bot="Discussion" ......

and add

S-Email-Address="(e-mail address removed)" S-Email-Format="TEXT/PRE" b-email-subject-from-field="false" s-email-subject="A New DW Post"
