discs wont run

i ran a bad disc on my new sony VGNA A230P laptop and now
my player wont play many other discs it used to play
before. they wont boot up. can you help please

Hmmm well if it doesn't work now and it did before really not much to play
with. Could see if your driver is ok
If that not it guess you might need a new disk drive
