Disconnecting internet access from server

I have a W2K server which I would like to be more isolated.
It currently has its Internet connection working.
How is it possible to roll that back? So that when
you click Internet Explorer, the Internet Connection
Wizard launches?

I believe you can just rerun that application. It is in C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Connection Wizard. I believe the executable there is inetwiz.exe.
