Disconnect TS

Hi guys

I need help to disconnect TS sessions on a remote
server , which is not on my network. I normally TS into
it over the internet. I am being kicked off now , and
when I try using tsdiscon for it, it gives me an error :

U:\>tsdiscon /server:test123
Error opening Terminal server test123
Error [1722]:The RPC server is unavailable.

Now, I know that TS server is running on that box since I
do get the initial TS screen.

Since that system is on another network, can you establish
RPC or NetBIOS sessions with it? You might be having some
packets blocked by firewalls that need to get through in
order for the remote terminal server to verify that you
are an admin.
