Disconnect from AOL

Work good with AOL but if I stop for about 15 min it will
disconnect and then I can not start AOL again. Take the
system down and back up it will work again. AOL using
boardband with USB connection. IRQ is using 9 and many
other components are using the IRQ 9, sournd, video, Acpi
complicate, and ethernet. I do not even know if this is
the problem. If it is can I change the IRQ on the USB's
to a different number (such as 11 I am not using 11). If
so, can you tell how? If this not the problem please let
me know. AOL told me it is a WINDOW problem not a AOL
problem. PLEASE HELP .......

provider... AOL is the stupidist most rip off service on the planet
