disc defragment

I just want to find out where to look on the XP system to find the disc
defragment option.. thanks!

Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Disk Defragmenter

Open My Computer..right click the drive you want to
defrag..properties..tools tab.

On my computer the Disk Defragment facility does NOT appear under System
Tools as you state.

I tend to Safe Start and do a defrag job using Norton.

You can also go to help and support. Type in Defrag the sheet will offer you
an opportunity to run defrag from there if you cannot do it from
accessories.

This is a problem I had for a long time until I reinstalled Windows XP prof.
