Disappearing Toolbars

Sean

Guys, I've been having a somewhat odd problem. I am
setting up my desktop with folders with all my most used
shortcuts and creating toolbars for them to optimize my
desktop environment since I don't really enjoy using the
start menu and having to dig through stuff and I don't
like a cluttered desktop. Whenever I reboot my machine
the toolbars which I create from the folders disappear.
Besides the standard ones in the Start Menu Task bar I
created floating toolbars that I attached to the top of
the screen. Any help in this matter would be helpful.

Note that the folders that link to the toolbars are in
my "My Documents" folder.

Below is a link to how I am aiming to have my desktop set
up. http://www.instruktlab.com/bg.jpg

Also note that I have done this before and without fail.
This is the first time I have had a problem.

Sean,

Are you using a third-party "Visual Style" ?

In any case, try this...
