Disappearing Templates

Suddenly my page templates (the ones you see when you
click New/Page) are gone!! They were there one day and the
next day I get blank boxes where they used to be. I have
tried reinstalling and it doesn't help.

Has anyone had this problem? Solution(s)?

I need a feedback form page to add to a site....as soon as
possible....can anyone send me a blank one I can use????

Reinstall FP
they are installed by default in the English version of FP in
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates\1033
in the Pages (PAGES11 in FP 2003) folder
