Hi Peter,
What you need to do is COPY that shortcut off of your desktop and into the
folder called "C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\ALL USERS\START MENU\PROGRAMS"
You can also copy it to "C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\ALL USERS\DESKTOP" and it
will show up on everybody's desktop. You might end up with 2 copies in this
case: 1 for you, and the 1 you get because you are part of 'ALL USERS'
To copy it, highlight the icon and push CTRL-C on the keyboard. Then
navigate to the destination folder and push CTRL-V. Or click and drag it
from place to place while holding the CTRL key down.

MS-Word has disappeared from the Start menu after dragging and dropping a
shortcut to my desktop. The program is not accessible at all to other users
on their Start menu or desktop. Suggestions?
