disappearing emails

Someone here in the office has had 2 days of emails (30
April/1 May) disappear. I see this was also yesterday and
on the May 3rd, but there is no posted solution, problem
causer, etc. So, here's one more try; is there a
way "escalate" such a question somehow, somewhere?

You really didn't post any information that would permit troubleshooting.
Look at the folder view containing these messages for sorts or filters. Look
at rules.

I too have seen this occur just yesterday at a customer's
using Outlook express.
