Disapearing Internet Options In Tools

Is There Anyone Who Has Had This Happen? I Go Into Tools, Click
Internet Options And The Drop Box Appears For A Second Then Is Gone And
The More Times I Try To Access The Feature The Faster It Disappears.

Iam Also Having Problems With My Printer Connection. In Order To Print
I Must Turn The Printer Off And On For Every Copy Printed.

Computer Is A Dell But Problems All Started After Downloading Ie7.

Any Help With This Problem Would Be Sooooo Appreciated.

Hello,

Try running IE7 without add-ons

Go to Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Internet Explorer 7
(No Add-ons) to start without any add-ons.

Close the browser and see whether the problem occurs again.

If the problem does not occur again, start IE7, go to Tools > Manage Add-ons
and disable all the add-ons and enable them one by one till the problem
appears and you get the culprit.

Also, try performing a spyware scan by downloading and running
SuperAntispyware from here

Hello,

Are you able to access it from Start > Control Panel > Internet Options?

Or Start > Run > INETCPL.CPL > OK?

Also, did you perform the malware scan using SuperAntiSpyware?

Found many instances of these problems, but unfortunately no one posted back
on the working resolution.
