disabling WIn Defender and security center

How can I disable WIn Defender and security center in RC2 ? I tried doing it
thru MSCONFIG but still shows up when I restart.

Go to run and type 'services.msc'.
Both are listed as services, set them both to disabled and they won't start.
 
Ok I did that and the Security Center still poped up the next time I restarted.
