Disabling sound while browsing ??

Hello, how to disable all sounds generated while browsing ? (i.e. mouse
click on link or webpage reload). Thanks in advance for help.

In the sounds control panel, you can choose which program events cause the
various sounds to play. The sounds you want to stop are associated with
Windows Explorer "Start Navigation" and "Stop Navigation". Simply change the
name of the sound file for the event to [none].

Control Panel > Sounds and turn off everything you don't want to hear.
