Disabling Security Information Bar

Hi ! I would like to know if there is a way to disable
the Security Information Bar. I run SP2 on Win XP Pro.

I would like to get rid of it cause it's troublesome to
keep on clicking on 'allow content view' each time i want
to view a file with script and flash SWF files.

Try opening IE..go to tools...popup blocker settings...uncheck show
information bar when a popup is blocked.

i managed to find it in Internet tools > advance >
security > check both 'Allow active content from CDs to
run on My Computer' and 'Allow active content to run on
My Computer'
