Disabling Preview

Is there a way of disabling the Auto Preview option
completely (grey it out from the menu)?? We have concerns
about all the worm virus' flying around.

Install the Office Resource Kit and set group policies.
In your group policy editor go to;
User configuration-> Administrative Templates-> Outlook
2002-> Tools | Options...-> Other-> Preview Pane and set
it to disabled.
