Only in Outlook 2007. Earlier version provide no setting to completely disable the reading pane (which is what I presume you're concerned about, rather than AutoPreview).

Thanks Sue for Responding. But actually no I have been tasked with disabling
the autopreview, Reading Pane and Turn off Word as the Editor. I found a GPO
that will disable the reading pane but I have not found any to disable the
autopreview.
That's because there is no such option. Neither is there an option to disable the reading pane in versions before Outlook 2007. I'm curious as to what you've found.
Why do you want to disable autopreview?
