disabling/enabling the respond prompt

Please I would like to know how to disable/enable
the "Always send a response prompt" on the Tracking option
of Outlook

I haven't used Outlook 2000 for 4 years. I can find a version to check
tomorrow, but the feature changed substantially after Outlook 2000.
