Disabling Delegates

I have a situation in which we need to disable (or grey out) the option to
add Delegates in Outlook 2000, running Exchange 2000 in a native AD
Environment.

I was hoping to find a reg key that I could modify using Group Policy.

Has anyone got any suggestions?

I fixed this by deleting the file: DLGSETP.ECF

From \Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Addins

The Delegate access can be enabled through AD for those that really need it.
