Delegate hell

J

Jamie Voto

Hello,

I've come into a new company in which TONS of people have
delegates in their outlook client. None of these
delegates have been documented.

Now when someone leaves the company and their AD account
is removed, people get NDR reports from that account
because the user who was deleted is still a delegate
somewhere.

Is there anyway in Exchange 2003 to see/ manage all
delegation in our exchange org? is there a 3rd party util
that does this?

You can see the delegates on a specific mailbox by openingen Active
Directory Users & Computers-> open the user object-> tab Exchange General->
button Delivery Options...
