Disable XP firewall with GPO

I have just deployed SUS and am looking to deploy SP2 to a mixed XP/2000
network. I have been looking at the MS whitepaper on dealing with the
firewall on install using the GPO. Our servers are all 2000 and I don't want
to have to use an XP machine to configure the GPO because some of the other
admins are on Windows 2000. From what I have read, once I use XP SP2 to set
up the GPO I have to use it every time to manage that GPO, which isn't really
an option in my case. The whitepaper states :
"Once you update your Group Policy objects, you can only modify them from a
computer running Windows XP with SP2. An update is available through
Microsoft Product Support Services (PSS) to allow you to modify Group Policy
settings from computers running Windows 2000. "
Does anyone know where I can find that update, I have been looking for a
couple hours now? Or if there is another way to do this? Any help would be
appreciated, I would like to have this up in a test environment by Monday
morning if possible.
