I have a network malfunctioning. One of the computers have Wins proxy and ip
routing enabled (checked with ipconfig /all). When looking into the registry,
enableproxy is set to 2 and ipenablerouter is set to 0.
Setting enableproxy to 0 and restaring the computer resets the value to 2.
I cannot in any way get rid of wins proxy and ip routing enable.
What is this?
